Delete your KanbanSignal account

You can delete your personal KanbanSignal account directly in the app or request deletion from Appella.

Delete the account in the app

  1. Sign in to KanbanSignal.
  2. Open “Account security”.
  3. Select “Permanently delete account”.
  4. Confirm the consequences shown in the app.

Personal account data is removed, all sessions are ended and historical business records only refer to an anonymized account. If you are the only responsible administrator, the organization is archived. Business records may be retained where required by law.

Request deletion without app access

Contact us from your registered email address and include your organization name. We verify your identity before completing the deletion. Never send us a sign-in or authenticator code.
